I believe that Blogs can be a very useful teaching tool. I could post assignments and report on current happenings with all my classes. Parents could also keep up with what's going on with their child and his / her peers.
Researching other Blogs can be helpful and offer ideas for new and innovative teaching tools.
Blogs also provide a way for students to communicate with each other!
